Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Vetspire programs and projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding communication plans, timelines, and program success rates.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand business objectives, needs, and priorities, and align Vetspire initiatives accordingly.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans, change management methodologies, and project management strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with Thrive's Vetspire Account Manager to ensure current and future scope alignment.
  • Support the organization's goals and objectives, and drive priority alignment for new development in time for Thrive Vetspire hospitals.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of successfully managing programs and projects of a dynamic nature.
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
  • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
  • Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Exceptional analytical and statistical skills with the ability to apply them to systems issues and products as required.
