Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Globe Life Liberty National Division - Danielle Alexander. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our growth objectives by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. required.
