Associate Marketing Manager E-commerce Job Description

As an Associate Marketing Manager, E-commerce at KLIM, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through innovative email and SMS marketing strategies. Your expertise will ensure seamless functionality and accurate product information on our B2C and B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize email and SMS channel performance to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reduce churn.
  • Enhance user experience by optimizing site UI/UX and increasing conversion and traffic.
  • Develop and execute a retail strategy based on seasonal objectives for all digital properties.
  • Manage KLIM's online dealer portal, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Own product launches on, validate data, and merchandise new products.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing of creative, landing pages, and email audience targeting.
  • Monitor and analyze email and SMS channel KPIs, proposing and implementing strategies to achieve growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to identify and update photos and other visual content.
  • Assist with website training, sales aids, and document maintenance in the dealer tool.
  • Work with third-party developers on project management for site upgrades and new features.
  • Monitor and analyze daily trends and new opportunities in website design and functionality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree OR 4+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using Google Analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience managing products on an e-commerce web platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing/SMS channel management and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, Suitecommerce Advanced (SCA), Klaviyo, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to analyze data, optimize email and SMS channel performance, and implement testing and innovation strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Passion for creating meaningful user experiences online and a strong analytical skill set.
