As a Service Engineer Specialist, you will deliver on-site technical support, encompassing preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across a diverse range of product lines.

Ideally, you will be situated in a central location within the designated region.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a base hourly rate of $33.80, influenced by your technical expertise and service experience in the analytical instrumentation sector.

The remuneration package includes opportunities for bonuses. The organization provides comprehensive benefits, a monthly vehicle allowance, profit-sharing incentives, and a significant anniversary bonus after five years of service.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at client locations within your assigned territory. Oversee inventory management, trip planning, and administrative duties related to service operations. Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays (up to 75%).

The ideal candidate will possess: a minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining intricate analytical instruments. A strong ability to work autonomously while demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Proficiency in interpreting electronic schematics, utilizing test equipment, and employing repair tools. An associate degree in engineering or chemistry is required. A valid driver's license and passport are also necessary.
