Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Production Worker / Packaging Operator to join our team at Lignetics. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery, packaging products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate bagging and baler machines, shrink wrapping machines, forklifts, pallet jack, and bag sealer.
  • Stack bags on pallets, put covers on pallets, and place finished goods in the correct warehouse location.
  • Accurately complete the Bagger production report, fill pellet sample cups every ton for quality control information, and tag pallets with Quality Control tags.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior forklift and production line experience preferred.
  • Good eye, hand, and foot coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret scales.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to do simple math calculations.
