Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Hannibal. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
About the JobThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. You will work closely with our franchise owner to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude, high energy levels, and a commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with the franchise owner to develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fast food or hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash, manage inventory, and perform basic accounting tasks.
