The Albany Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As the Nurse Manager of our Ambulatory Surgery unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our preoperative and postoperative areas.
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative support to ensure efficient unit operations
- Promote excellence in patient care through effective communication and coordination with staff
- Mentor and develop nursing teams to achieve high-quality patient outcomes
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a nurse, preferably with leadership or management roles
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- New York State registration or limited permit required
Salary
We offer an attractive salary range of $89,731.20 - $148,054.40, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Your total compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
