Key Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Sanitation Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Thoroughly washing pots, pans, and various cooking implements by hand, adhering to our established sanitation protocols.
  • Ensuring that kitchen utensils and service ware are consistently clean and sanitized to support the fast-paced environment of our restaurant.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the dish area, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
  • Keeping the work area and equipment tidy throughout your shift.
  • Regularly changing dish machine chemicals, water, and managing the three-compartment sink as necessary.
  • Monitoring and verifying that dishwashing machines are functioning correctly and that chemical levels are adequate during your shift.
