Senior Property Leader

Job Summary
The Senior Property Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation. This role requires a strategic business leader who can develop and execute business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry and be able to leverage their expertise to drive revenue growth and improve guest experiences. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships with property owners, employees, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
- Oversee all aspects of the property, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation
- Build strong relationships with property owners, employees, and the local community
- Leverage expertise to drive revenue growth and improve guest experiences
Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional areas
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
- Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience in a senior management position at a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel minimally
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, property owners, and the local community
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
