Meridian Behavioral Health LLC is a Minnesota leader in behavioral health care and addiction recovery services, with a network of addiction treatment centers nationwide.
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Beauterre Recovery Institute in Owatonna, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a housing team of 4 staff members to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory and waste to optimize efficiency.
- Attend mandatory staff training and meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Collaborate with the director to implement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work independently and/or as a team player.
- Must have one year of continuing freedom from chemical use problems.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- The ability to lift and move objects weighing a minimum of 25 pounds.
- CPR and First Aid Certified upon employment.
