Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at Franklin County, OH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations regarding public and medical assistance benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, recommend, and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure agency compliance.
  • Coordinate compliance-related activities across agency departments and create systems to monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Prepare correspondence, disseminate information, and prepare procedures/manuals/desk aids/forms for staff and management.
  • Consult with and provide technical assistance to agency staff, senior staff, and executive team.
  • Organize training seminars, give presentations, and attend training sessions and conferences to stay current on compliance-related matters.
Requirements
  • Any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience, including a Juris Doctorate.
  • Must meet background check requirements and have a license to practice law in the State of Ohio (preferred but not required).
