We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, analyze, and plan patient care.
- Implement care strategies, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities safely.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and perform additional nursing functions as needed.
- Float between various units, including medical and cardiac intensive care, medical and cardiac step-down units, med/surg, ortho/neuro, and oncology.
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a relevant area, such as med/surg, IMC, or critical care.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certifications preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
- Flex differential, evening differential, night differential, and weekend differential.
