About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Provide psychotherapy, psychopharmacological therapy, and other evidence-based treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Participate in facility meetings and activities to promote quality improvement and patient safety
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A certificate to practice medicine and completion of a residency training program in psychiatry
  • 5 or more years of medical practice limited to psychiatry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
