Strategic Account Director

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Account Director to join our Exokeryx, Inc. team. In this critical position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for sales and account management activities with managed markets customers. You will lead all contracting efforts and develop business relationships with key individuals within these accounts to meet customer and company needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account business plans that deliver profitable access to product and drive business growth.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to coordinate activities and maximize pull-through across targeted accounts.
- Analyze and understand local environments and account businesses to align company priorities and create effective account plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key C-Suite and administrative roles within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with field-based colleagues to ensure cross-functional support for customers and develop pull-through strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, including 5+ years as a National Account Director in Market Access.
- Excellent understanding of the US market access environment and decision-makers.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills to influence internal and external decision-makers.
- Working knowledge of the contracting function and all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated excellent communication (oral and written), teamwork, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
