About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmer Analyst III to join our team at Nebraska Furniture Mart. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in evaluating, analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining application software systems that support various aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and examine processes and functions related to assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with users and other analysts to problem-solve and define needs
  • Develop action plans, including identification of tasks, resources needed, and time frames
  • Create programs that meet requirements based on specifications and department standards
  • Test and assess programs as needed, modifying until they run as specified
  • Communicate with stakeholders on the status of tasks assigned and update to production when approved
  • Coordinate implementation with the Programmer, Team Leader, and/or User Representative assigned to the task
  • Lead business leaders and users for task management, application, projects, and design
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of software development experience
  • 2 years of experience in Agile Frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps
  • 3+ years' experience in Net (C#) Web Experiences
  • Deep understanding and experience developing REST services with.NET
  • Working knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., Angular)
  • Working knowledge of security best practices (e.g., OWASP)
  • Experience with Azure AD and multi-tenant applications is preferred
