Senior Software Developer (Java,.NET)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using.NET and Java technologies.
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of high-quality, secure, reliable, and scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and code reviews, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, architects, and other team members to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks, conduct unit and integration testing, and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve application efficiencies.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and implement technical solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in.NET and/or Java software development within Agile methodology environments.
  • 8-10 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, Java, and Spring frameworks, with a strong background in leading technical projects and mentoring development teams.
  • 6+ years of experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Microsoft SQL, MongoDB, Oracle, and Yugabyte.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience working with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • 8-10 years of experience working with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
  • 6+ years of experience implementing event-driven architectures and solutions using Kafka.
  • 6+ years of experience with OpenText, Exstream, or Quadient technologies.
  • Master's degree.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, or Washington.
