WORKING HOURS

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, both retail and service, in selecting the necessary parts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Inform customers about part specifications and promotional offers.
- Handle incoming calls, providing pricing information and additional details.
- Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory.
- Alert management regarding parts that are out of stock or require urgent attention.
- Source out-of-stock items from external suppliers and place emergency orders when necessary.
- Notify relevant parties when special orders have arrived.
- Follow up on back-ordered items and ensure daily inventory replenishment.
- Ensure all internal part requests are accurately billed on service repair orders.
- Process payments from retail customers and secure credit approvals.
- Ensure all charge transactions are signed by customers and that they receive a copy of their invoice.
- Exhibit excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Possess strong computer and telephone skills.
- A positive demeanor is essential.
- Qualifications:
- Experience in parts sales is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities.
- A collaborative team player.
- Ability to keep a tidy, organized, and clean workspace.
