Job Description
The Assistant Page Supervisor will be an integral part of a four-person team responsible for distributing and ensuring completion of assignments given by the Senate Page supervisor, Senators, agency offices, and other personnel. The ideal candidate should be reliable, deadline-driven, and detail-focused.

A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in education, social studies, government, history, or political science. Experience in a school setting is also desirable. This role involves standing for several hours consistently and requires strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure standards of decorum and attire are upheld at all times
  • Distribute and ensure completion of assignments in a fast-paced work environment
  • Verify the location of assigned pages throughout the workday (to include morning check-in)
  • Interact with various levels of state employees through exceptional standards of service
