About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide tailored therapy to students in a school setting. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and professionals to support student progress.

Responsibilities
  • Assess students' needs and develop customized therapy plans to help them thrive in their educational environment.
  • Deliver therapy services to students across various educational settings, including classrooms and individual sessions.
  • Collaborate with educators and professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into the educational environment.
  • Document therapy sessions and student outcomes accurately to inform future therapy plans.
  • Participate in meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date on best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Alaska.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and students.
