Overview

Responsibilities

  • Market and Showcase Properties
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local market trends and conditions
    • Showcase properties to potential buyers in a friendly and informative manner
  • Assist Sellers and Buyers
    • Guide sellers in effectively marketing their properties to attract favorable offers
    • Assist buyers in finding their dream home and navigating the negotiation and transaction process
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay current with market trends, best practices, and industry developments

Requirements

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Proven Negotiation and Communication Skills
    • Effectively negotiate and communicate with clients, colleagues, and industry partners
  • Trustworthy and Reliable
    • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and reliability in all interactions
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office Tools
    • Develop and maintain a basic knowledge of MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
    • Hold a valid driver's license and maintain reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 Years or Older
    • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years or older
