Responsibilities- Build and maintain lists of properties available for sale
- Showcase properties to potential buyers in a friendly and informative manner
- Assist sellers in effectively marketing their properties to attract favorable offers
- Guide buyers and sellers through the negotiation and transaction process
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
- Trustworthy and reliable with a track record of producing results
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
