ResponsibilitiesAs an LPN with Enhabit, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing nursing care to patients in their homes

- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patients' progress and reporting any changes or concerns to RNs and physicians
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
- Valid state driver's license
- Automobile liability insurance
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
