Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Home Health Care team. As a Home Care RN, you will deliver exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention and support. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest standard of medical attention and support.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.
- Follow physician's orders and work under the guidance and supervision of a Clinical Supervisor to ensure all medical protocols and care plans are meticulously followed.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering not only medical care but also emotional support and reassurance during their health journeys.
- Minimum of one (1) year's recent experience as a professional nurse in a clinical setting. Home Health experience preferred.
- Competencies: Experience in hospital or acute care setting, clear communication skills, ability to keep confidential information, ability to withstand crisis situations, customer service skills, proof of current/valid car insurance, knowledge and experience with electronic health records, valid DL with no more than 3 moving violations.
- Credentials: RN - Registered Nurse, BLS - Basic Life Saving certification.
- Education: RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program.
