Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our Health Information Management (HIM) department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in healthcare documentation and data management.

About the Role
This position involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and stored. You will be responsible for reviewing and updating patient charts, entering new information into our electronic health record system, and responding to requests for medical records from patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Enter new information into our electronic health record system
- Review and update patient charts as needed

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
