The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Northwell Health is seeking a BC/BE Cancer Rehabilitation fellowship trained Physiatrist to join our outpatient team.

Job Summary

This position will have a focus on management of patients with cancer in an outpatient setting. Management will include pain, various neurologic and musculoskeletal impairments secondary to cancer treatments, fatigue, orthotics/bracing along with prescribing additional services such as physical, occupational and speech therapies, nutrition, and counseling services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patients with cancer in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cancer-related impairments
  • Prescribe additional services such as physical, occupational and speech therapies, nutrition, and counseling services
