Job Title: Caregiver 6am-2pm

Morada Abilene is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management, including administering medications and monitoring resident responses.
  • Observe and report any changes in resident condition, including skin, behavior, and vital signs.
  • Respond to resident call bells and security system alerts promptly.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation.
  • Engage residents in activities and promote socialization and community building.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including resident rooms and common areas.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nurse's Aid (CNA) certification preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
