Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a valued member of our team, you will be empowered to provide a great experience for our customers, handle various sales transactions, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Encourage customers to participate in company programs and promotions.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
