About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise on Old Meridian. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring it meets and exceeds our high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of resident suites, public areas, and support spaces, adhering to our quality standards.
  • Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Care Managers and Department Coordinators to provide exceptional resident care, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Partner with our community team to promote a culture of safety, adhering to OSHA requirements and Risk Management programs, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, enabling you to effectively interact with residents, family members, and colleagues.
  • You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, good judgment, and decision-making skills, ensuring you can handle challenges professionally.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
