Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths and problems.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical social work interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention, supportive counseling, and referrals to outpatient resources as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide leadership and represent the clinical social work perspective.
- Document assessment plans, interactions, and interventions according to departmental and hospital guidelines.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to social workers and clinical social workers on the team.
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
- 5+ years of post-master's experience in healthcare or social service agency.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in state of practice.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Valid Driver's License and must be at least 21 years of age or older.
