We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers a chance to work with a local business in Washtenaw County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
- Process mail, packages, and orders for shipment.
- Process warranty returns.
- Verify returns on items and process refunds or replacements on orders.
Requirements:
- Ability to navigate Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping and tracking experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with correspondence between clients, customers, and staff.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
