Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is the face of The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - San Diego to our customers. A successful candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and able to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for each and every guest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Accurately handle cash and credit transactions
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, including repeating orders to customers
  • Set up and close down the dining area, restrooms, and patios
  • Answer phone calls and take orders using scripted requirements
  • Direct customers to their seats and assist with seating
  • Help with pre-busing and cleaning the dining area during service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote menu items
Requirements
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Education and Experience

No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Work Schedule and Compensation
  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available
  • 10-40 hours per week
