Program Manager for Individuals with Disabilities

We are looking for a qualified Program Manager for Individuals with Disabilities to join our team at Sevita. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and supervise a team of caregivers who support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a great opportunity to develop your supervisory skills and make a positive impact in the lives of others.
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of related work experience, and current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance. Strong communication skills, the ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve, and excellent organizational abilities are essential for this role.
