Caregiver - 4-Day Work Week

About the Role
The Caregiver provides personal care and support to residents of Capri Senior Communities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting, while promoting their independence and dignity.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities and conversations to enhance their quality of life.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including observations, medications, and treatment plans.
- Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or CBRF certification preferred.
- At least six months of experience in a care-giving role or equivalent life experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
