Nurse Practitioner Opportunities at Maxim Healthcare Services

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
- Assessment and Documentation: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Plan of Care: Develop and implement a plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
- Interventions and Evaluation: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and revise the plan of care as needed.
- Clinical Judgment: Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs, establishing priorities and making informed decisions.
- Certifications and Licenses: Current RN or LPN license for the state in which you practice, current PPD or Chest X-Ray, and current BLS card.
- Experience: One year prior nurse experience preferred.
