We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Farrington Court Retirement Community. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Responsibilities:- Provide daily living activities and services to residents in alignment with their individual service plans.
- Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by understanding their preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions.
- Record vital signs as requested by staff.
- Promptly notify the nurse in charge of any changes in resident conditions.
- Provide exceptional resident care and support for daily activities of living (ADLs) and personal hygiene.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
