Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a staff position. This role will involve direct care responsibilities as well as supervisory responsibilities for caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing personnel to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Coordinate care delivery to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice
  • Work within the scope of practice to ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and federal, state, and local guidelines
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience preferred
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
