As an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll have the opportunity to:
Job Responsibilities:- Work in post-acute facilities as an LPN
- Track the wellbeing of patients, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs
- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
- Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
- Review residents' charts and medical records
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
- Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- Degree from an approved LPN training program
- 1 year of experience (LPN or similar role)
