**Job Summary**

This entry-level position provides assistance to Pump Installers on water resources projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide assistance to operators on water pump installation projects.
  • Operate and service trucks, backhoes, forklifts, generators, engines, pumps, and various other types of equipment.
  • Work as part of a crew but also expected to work without supervision to accomplish tasks if required.
  • Complete basic daily paperwork.
  • Drive as needed.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must have a clean driving record and be able to obtain a minimum Class B (preferably Class A) CDL.
  • Will train, but experience in outdoor construction or related type work preferred.

**Physical Demands**

The employee is regularly required to talk and hear, frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to operate small hand tools, frequently required to reach with hands and arms, frequently required to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
