Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency
  • Manage and direct staff to perform daily job tasks, including recruiting, training, and evaluating employees
  • Coordinate and direct sales activities to meet revenue objectives, including setting goals, completing competitive surveys, and taking reservations
  • Identify and seek out potential business in the local market, maintain relationships with local companies and key people, and increase the company's visibility within the local market
  • Ensure that all guest-related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives
  • Uphold and enforce ESH standards and policy compliance at the hotel level
Requirements
  • Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required; 4-year degree highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of computers and software, including ability to use email, word processing, and spreadsheet software
  • Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally with guests, associates, supervisors, and others as required for optimum operation of the property
