Position Overview:

Apply entrepreneurial skills to optimize revenue streams by sourcing products effectively. Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to inform strategic planning and enhance business efficiencies.

Exhibit resilience and creativity in the face of change. Stay current with industry developments and help colleagues adapt to new challenges and responsibilities.

Seller Engagement:
Identify and connect with emerging sellers, analyzing their capabilities and market trends. Implement strategies to improve seller performance and collaborate with stakeholders to foster innovative solutions.

Data Literacy:
Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and create reports that inform decision-making. Drive technology adoption within your scope of work and assist others in leveraging data for customer analytics.

Negotiation Skills:
Employ effective negotiation techniques to manage supplier agreements and navigate stakeholder interests. Understand the fundamentals of negotiation to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Omni-Channel Merchandising.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong presentation skills.
• Experience in eCommerce and sales/merchandising is preferred.
