About The Position: As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing TPM and Lean methodologies in our food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Tpm/Lean Implementation
  • Deploy Mes Methodology To Boost Oee: Deploy MES methodology to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Tpm Centers Of Excellence Establishment: Establish and oversee TPM Centers of Excellence for consistent implementation across pillars.
  • Lean Manufacturing Techniques: Implement targeted techniques for waste reduction, efficiency enhancement, and productivity maximization.
  • Lean Tools Utilization: Leverage tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, FMEA, DMAIC, SMED, and RCO.
  1. Continuous Improvement
  • Cross-Functional Improvement Initiatives: Facilitate initiatives to address challenges and implement lasting solutions.
  • Equipment Utilization Assessments: Perform equipment utilization and capacity assessments.
  • Kpis Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and nurture a results-focused culture.
  • Plant Standards Creation: Create plant standards aimed at driving reliability and efficiency in processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or Operations. Previous experience in a food processing environment and strong mechanical knowledge is essential.
  • Experience With Tpm And Lean Methodology Implementation. Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong Problem-Solving And Dynamic Thinking Skills. Ability to manage by influence. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP, statistical analysis software, and Tableau.

Working Conditions: This position requires frequent travel to our facilities and occasional work in a fast-paced environment.
