Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
  • Respond to resident calls and requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Participate in resident activities and events, promoting socialization and engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing
  • 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
