About the Role:

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for leveraging your technical expertise to create customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. You will collaborate closely with data analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate effectively with data analysts, business stakeholders, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and manage Data Cloud assets, including data models, datasets, and integrations with other Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Optimize Data Cloud configurations to enhance performance, data accuracy, and user experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with various data sources and external systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Data Cloud issues.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Data Cloud features, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce DMP) and related technologies such as Audience Studio, Data Studio, or Data Manager.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques and third-party integrations.
  • Understanding of data governance and data privacy practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce development and customization using declarative tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I or Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and big data technologies.
