Referral Services Supervisor

The Supervisor/Referral Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing daily staffing assignments and operational levels within the organization. This role includes providing guidance, orientation, training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and ensure the quality of services provided.
- Facilitate staff development initiatives and programs.
- Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Perform staff duties as necessary to maintain required service levels.
- Lead the resolution of complex issues and customer complaints.
- Demonstrate proficiency in all operational areas to assist and guide staff effectively.
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate's Degree.
For Front Office Supervisor position: Experience in medical front office supervision is preferred.
For Clinical Lead position: Clinical experience is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
This position requires critical thinking abilities, decisive judgment, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate must be able to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate actions as necessary.
