We are currently seeking an experienced:

Project Engineer / Engineer (m/f/d) as Team Leader for our Technical Service / Shipbuilding

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Technical leadership and development of our service team
  • Calculation and preparation of offers for repair work
  • Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting for service projects
  • Optimization of our spare parts business
  • Planning and implementation of repair work and conversion orders
  • Preparation of additional agreements and coordination of change management
  • Independent project management from offer to handover to the customer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of technical specialists
  • Develop and implement service strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training as a technician / master (m/f/d) or a degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
