As a Professional Engineer for Roadway Design and Right-of-Way Acquisition, you will be responsible for performing project management and professional engineering work with considerable independence under the general supervision of the designated supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with contract administration for Capital Improvement Projects for major highway improvement projects, bridges, paving sidewalks, etc.
Prepare scope of work, consultant selection, contract negotiations, engineering design and construction plan review, and preparation of cost estimates.
Provide right-of-way engineering support throughout roadway planning, roadway design, land acquisition, and eminent domain process.
Assist in developing cost estimates for right-of-way acquisitions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering and roadway design.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 40 miles per week.
