JOB OPPORTUNITY: Asian Cuisine Cook at Tulalip Resort Casino

As a vital member of our culinary team, you will uphold the high standards established by the Executive Chef, ensuring that our guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences. Your role will involve the preparation of stocks, sauces, soups, and various cooking techniques including grilling, roasting, and sautéing. You will specialize in Asian culinary traditions, bringing expertise in broiling, sushi preparation, wok cooking, and more.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Completion of two (2) years of culinary education with a focus on Asian cuisine is advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Asian Line Cook in a full-service dining establishment is required.
  • Experience in sushi, wok, and dim sum preparation is preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must obtain a Food Handler's card within 60 days of employment.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, Health Codes, and Liquor Laws is essential.
  • Flexibility to work across various venues and casino locations is necessary.
  • A successful background check for a Tribal Gaming License is required.
  • Willingness to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
