JOB OPPORTUNITY: Asian Cuisine Cook at Tulalip Resort Casino

We are seeking a skilled Asian Cuisine Cook who upholds the high culinary standards established by our Executive Chef. This role is essential in delivering outstanding dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include the preparation of stocks, sauces, soups, sautéed dishes, grilled items, roasted specialties, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Asian culinary techniques, including broiling, sushi preparation, wok cooking, and other related skills.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Completion of two (2) years of culinary education with an emphasis on Asian cuisine is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Asian Cuisine Cook in a full-service dining establishment.
  • Previous experience in sushi, wok, and dim sum preparation is preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must acquire a Food Handler's card within 60 days of employment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, health regulations, and liquor laws is required.
  • Flexibility to work across various venues and casino locations.
  • A successful background check for a Tribal Gaming License is required.
  • Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
