Department Overview:

The Respiratory Care Services division at Montrose Memorial Hospital offers diagnostic evaluations and respiratory treatments for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Our team comprises registered and certified respiratory care professionals who provide extensive care for patients experiencing diverse respiratory ailments.

Career Opportunity:

We are in search of a Registered Respiratory Therapist to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be tasked with executing a range of respiratory care functions, which include managing ventilators, conducting bedside assessments, and more. Candidates should possess excellent communication abilities, a keen attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an AMA-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the NBRC
  • BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS certification is preferred
  • Experience in intensive care and neonatal respiratory therapy
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to work effectively in a team
