About The DepartmentThe Respiratory Care Services department at Montrose Regional Health provides diagnostic studies and respiratory care for inpatients and outpatients. Our team of registered and certified respiratory care practitioners deliver therapeutic procedures, including inhaled medications, postural drainage, airway care, and oxygen therapy. We treat patients with acute and chronic diseases, post-surgical patients, chest trauma, and coronary disease, among others.
About The CareerAs a Respiratory Therapist at Montrose Regional Health, you will perform clinical procedures, including respiratory care consults, RT procedures, vent management, and bedside diagnostics. You will also assist with out-patient diagnostics as needed, using RT protocols and MD orders for therapy procedures and ventilator management.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary, a $15,000 sign-on bonus (one year experience required), student loan employer contributions up to $10,800 tax-free, and the opportunity to earn an additional $4.00 per hour by participating in our clinical ladder program. We also offer mentoring, continuing education, a 401 K Retirement Plan with employer match, and multiple health options to select from.
About The ShiftOur day shift includes two (2) twelve-hour shifts every weekend (24 hours) and will be compensated for 36 hours.
